GratiMail will not be held responsible in case of delays in the display of banner ads following an emergency (flood, fire, ...) that may affect GratiMail and its web host, or following maintenance on our web server.

Your campaign will be displayed with other banners (if applicable) on the top of each page of GratiMail.

Before that a campaign starts to be displayed on our website, it must be validated by an administrator.
All banners or websites that:
- infringes any third party rights, including trademark, copyright, patent or confidentiality obligation
- is vulgar, hateful, threatening, obscene, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable
- is libelous, defamatory or invades any privacy or publicity rights of any third party
- is accessible only to a mature audience
- are misleading
- contains any illegal contests or lotteries, or any pyramid schemes
- contains any viruses, Trojan horses or programming routines intended to damage or intercept information
- violates any law, treaty or regulation.
will be FORBIDDEN AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

L'affichages des bannières publicitaires dépendant entièrement du traffic sur le site GratiMail, dans aucun cas GratiMail ne garantit le délai au bout duquel l'ensemble des affichages publicitaires commandés seront effectivement affichés.
